How does the CNG system work?
Bi-Fuel CNG Conversion systems uses the Alternative Fuel as the primary or secondary fuel. It will start and operate on the Alternative Fuel until it runs empty, the operator changes it back to the gasoline fuel or the system discovers a problem. It then shuts off the Alternative Fuel and reverts back to Gasoline. Fuel switching takes place automatically but can be changed manually at any time, even while driving.

Which kit is right for your car:
Lovato Mixer Kits
Mixer kits are known as mixer, aspirated, “fogger”, single point injection, or air intake conversion kits. Advanced Fuel Control has mixer kits for all engines including fuel injected, carburetor, and diesel. These kits are the easy to install and adjust and are offered at a lower cost than the sequential kits. They can be installed by the vehicle owner or experienced installers. These kits are very good however; some performance is reduced when compared to sequential kits because of the “mixer” installed in the intake of the vehicle.
Polland Sequential or “multiport” injection Kits
Our sequential injection kits are for gasoline fuel injected engines. While these kits are a little more expensive, these kits typically offer a performance advantage over Mixer Kits. We don't only sell to experienced installers, our software has a “learn mode” which tunes your CNG system for you so it operates at peak performance. No need to attend a programming and installation training classes since the kit takes care of the majority of the tuning issues for you. We also offer skilled technical help if you can't get your kit tuned like you think it should be tuned. Please note, these kits are not available in LP versions.
